Payment Terms: Payment for our Services is required upfront. Projects will not commence without a 50% or full upfront payment, as agreed upon in the project contract.

Invoices: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Ownership of Content: Unless the full payment amount is received, CIELO retains ownership of all content and rights associated with the Services provided.

5. Project Ownership and Deliverables

Project Accounts: Design projects will be kept in the company (CIELO or acenos) account until project completion, not in the client's account.

Final Deliverables: Final project files will not be shared until the full completion of the project. Preview and presentation links will be used to track activity and progress.

6. Use of Services

Compliance: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or engage in unethical behavior, fraud, misuse of our Services, or any action harmful to others. In the event of such conduct, including unethical behavior, fraud, or misuse, CIELO reserves the right to terminate the agreement or any contract and preserve all associated rights. Referral partners or potential partners will also be terminated if they fail to adhere to ethical behavior or act in accordance with our code of conduct.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Services and related content are owned by CIELO or its licensors.
